How do you ensure the condition of your vinyl records?
Every record in our collection undergoes a rigorous inspection and cleaning process. We use industry-standard Goldmine grading (M, NM, VG+, VG, G) to describe both the media and the sleeve, ensuring you know exactly what to expect when your order arrives.
What shipping methods do you use for fragile items?
We use heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl records. To prevent seam splits during transit, we ship the record outside of the outer sleeve unless the item is factory-sealed.
Do you buy used record collections?
Yes, we are always looking for high-quality used collections. Please contact our acquisitions team via the 'Sell Your Records' page with a list of your items or to schedule an in-person evaluation.
What is your return policy for opened media?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items that arrive damaged or significantly not as described. Due to the nature of physical media, we cannot accept returns on opened, brand-new records unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.
