Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Safely place the record or merchandise in its original mailer or equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
